Jaycees Focus On Gun Safety For Families

Own a gun? Make staying safe your families’ top priority.

The Central Carolina Jaycees invite families to come out to the Jaycee Hut for a free gun safety course on Friday, Feb. 25.

Children will learn how to be safe around guns and what to do when they are around guns — whether the children are in their homes or someone else’s.

Certified instructors Alex Reid and Cecil Yates will teach the course and will have dummy guns available. Attendees may bring their own guns, but no ammunition is allowed.

Light refreshments will be served.
